Stunning Hotel in a stunning area with beautiful views over the loch. Very nice restaurants, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Would have liked a bigger bath would be the only comment I would make but that's being very picky. Not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for.

The setting is absolutely stunning and with a few tweaks here and there this would be a fabulous hotel. However, unfortunately there was clearly some sort of mould issue in the bathroom which is not very pleasant and not expected in a 5 star hotel. We also did not receive our evening turn down service and as a result had to go to the reception for new towels etc. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and the food was good, albeit more on the expensive side. Well earned break

Warm welcome awaited us at Hotel combined with a personal walk around hotel and grounds by concierge service. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Food at breakfast was delicious and served individually which meant it was hot. Dinner was fantastic with a varied and interesting menu. Service by staff in both restaurant and bar was great without being intrusive. But the star attraction at breakfast, dinner and drinks in the bar was the view.
