Spotlessly clean large comfortable. The area is grungy but that’s just downtown Pittsburgh in the cultural district. Never unsafe. 24hr security/doorman. Enjoyed staying here for a week long meeting at convention center.
The apartment was lovely...far nicer than staying in a hotel room, especially since I was there four days. The Clark Building was across the street from my office, and a very short walking distance to tons of great restaurants. The apartment was in fantastic shape, and the key pick-up was easy. The building itself is old and could use a facelift, but you only notice that going to and from the room.
This is an apartment complex in the heart of Pittsburgh's culture district. Located right across the street from the train station it made it very easy to get around town. The apartment was very comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed just spending time there vs. running all over town like we usually do. Will definitely be staying there again.
I stayed at BridgeStreet for 3 days for a conference - the conference hotel was full. It was spacious and a really nice alternative to a hotel room. If you don't use room or maid service, don't need a full-service type front desk this is a great option. The in-room washer/dryer and kitchen were great!
The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. Very convenient to convention center and transportation. Security guards were extra helpful and pleasant. Thermostat was somewhat confusing and I would have liked to have facial tissues in the bathroom. Pillows were very squishy. Elevators were quiet and fast.
First of all, this place was not a hotel. Apt rented out by a corporation. No clear instructions were given to me what to do when I arrived. Security (supposedly 24hours) was very rude and unaware of my arrival. Power surges caused to fire detector to go off. Often no security at the front desk which means friends had no way to get in ...I had to go let friends up.
A full apartment. A full kitchen with granite counters and laundry in the bathroom closet. A full walk-in closet. I felt right at home. Conrad and the entire staff are amazing. Thanks again!
First, I was moved by Bridge Street to a place called The Encore. I was never at the Clark Building. This was a furnished apartment in a regular apartment building - perfect for my needs because of its location. There was no ``hotel staff'' but someone was available 24/7 by phone. There was no ``wake-up call'' but they had a clock radio. Etc. It wasn't close enough to grocery star to make the kitchen an asset - but then, I didn't much feel like cooking. I was very satisfied with this arrangement.
