Love the location, it’s a definite favorite stay when in Pittsburgh. Never have had a smooth check in though, and staff is never overly friendly or helpful.

So expensive

$16 for breakfast. Parking is $32 a day. Wow so I get the hotel is downtown primarily spot next to the arena. However I’m already paying you a lot of money for staying two nights and you charge for breakfast?! Wow. And staff to check in on a Saturday was minimal only one person there. Huge line to check in before the hockey game. The restaurant downstairs isn’t even open. False advertising on hotels.com

Stayed for a Penguins game and this place is great! Literally attached to the PPG paints arena. They have a restaurant and bar onsite which is great as well. Room was clean and staff is great too, from check in to check out!

The experience was enjoyable, and I got a bedroom equipped with a door this time. The refrigerator was inoperative, and the telephone was absent from the desk or table. I had to descend the steps (used the elevator) to file the complaint. The service in the room was repaired. Thank you.

For what you to pay to park there, the parking spots are terribly small and it seems like half of them are marked “compact cars only”. Had to literally squeeze out between the other car and my truck. No menu in the room for the restaurant or any times of when it closed. When I called down to the front desk the guy was very short, told me the restaurant already closed, and hung up on me. If it wasn’t so close to PPG Arena I wouldn’t have stayed there, and next time I will most likely stay some where else and just Uber.

Well, I enjoyed our dinner there when we arrived. I'm very unhappy about having to pay for parking now!! The bar closes to soon after a game. Found a bed bug on our bed :(
