Easy choice if going to PPG Arena
Great for attending the events at PPG. Made parking and walking to the event a breeze. Some aspects of the hotel are dated and the room could use a few upgrades/new furniture, but overall clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and hard working.

Very nice hospitality with the check in staff and also the bartenders were very nice and sociable when I stopped to have a drink after going to market Square we had a nice long talk and they were very pleasant and kind. I will come back and visit again.

Very convenient for the even we attended since the hockey arena is right next to it . However, the rug in the room was disgusting , stained and such dirty feel to it . Just mix emotions overall because the bed and bathroom were clean . But the rug made the room feel yuckie .

One of my rooms didn't have an operating shower for the first 2 days, Room 321 ( the shower could not shut off, ran for the entire 2 days ) for $ 1,300 for the room I would think the first night at least should be removed from the bill Restaurant was hardly ever open for food,

The hotel in general was nice. The staff was great. My only issue was my room. Couple stains on the floor, bathroom floor was a little sticky, the pull out bed definitely hadnt been cleaned recently. However, when i said my concerns, the staff was very quick to respond.

The staff was all very friendly. Room was a nice size . Bartender/ breakfast waitress very sweet and nice to talk to. Right by the stadium. Room was nice size . Only thing I would say is invest in some carpet cleaning services . My carpets in the room had stains all over and I left my shoes on. Other then that the overall cleaning was good.
