This is the hotel with the least customer service, the people at the counter are unfriendly and do not greet. The hotel is old and needs maintenance, the pool is very dirty, and the breakfast is horrible, the breads are hard, as if they buy them when they are already expired. In short, I would never return to that hotel.

The hotel in general was nice. Everything was clean. The man at the front desk wasn't extremely friendly, although he got us checked in quickly. He wasn't rude or anything, but also not as friendly as some other places we've stayed. I've seen better, but also I've seen worse. The room in general was fine. A few little wear and tear items, but nothing crazy. Everything was clean and done well in the room, but there was a massive crack in the bathroom sink that was sealed up with a brownish glue instead of porcelain color to match the sink. That was the only cosmetic issue (and a mini fridge that was a little wobbly. Beds were comfortable. We could also hear the people above us running around quite a bit throughout the night (not the hotel's fault). It was annoying, but again, not the hotel's fault. Our daughter swam in the pool and she loved it! All in all, we would stay again for the convenience and price. Not a 5 star luxury hotel, but not some gross motel. Worth the stay.

Housekeeping entered our room without knocking at 940 the day of check out when check out was at 11. I was woke up out of my sleep panicked by who was in our room. Our room had no heat, no ed our room and they told me it will work. Our room was so cold that we had to sleep in sweats all night. Mind you this was a second room we tried. They had no assistance for us. When I called to ask for a manager they said they would not help. The house keeper laughed in my face when I asked why she came into our room while we was sleeping. We had a fo not disturb sign up . I can't believe I spent so much money to be violated like that.. I wanted someone to just say sorry and instead they laughed. It not funny though.

I would visit again it's in a safe and very quiet area and close to the city and other attractions. It was clean and housekeeping was nice. Breakfast was good and convenient.

Great hotel
Very comfortable bed, the room was quiet despite being close to the exit and lots of people. The pool was warm and perfectly nice. Staff was attentive and breakfast was great!

Stayed at this hotel multiple times. Would stay again. Location is somewhat awkward but is close to the highway and can get you quickly downtown. Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is average-good. No real complaints about the hotel without nitpicking.
