I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others to stay far away. From the moment I entered my room, it was clear that the hotel is not properly maintained. The room had a strong, unpleasant musty odor, suggesting poor ventilation and possible issues with dampness or mold. To make matters worse, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable—grime around the edges, stains on the walls, and a general sense of neglect.
The breakfast was another major letdown. The hotel served jams that were not only expired, but also visibly moldy. I cannot believe they would allow food of this quality to be served to guests. This is not just a minor issue; it's a serious health and hygiene concern. When I reported these issues to the staff, I received no proper response or acknowledgment, which shows a lack of care for guest safety and satisfaction.
The overall lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and disregard for guest well-being makes this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation—this hotel is simply not worth your time or money.
