Terrible. Never written a bad review before. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There was hair on the floor and in the sink. There was mold on the ceiling. There was… something on the toilet seat!!! I checked out early and asked to talk to management. After several attempts they never replied
there was someone else shampoo and soap left over from a previous person.

The stay was alright. They only supplied two sets of towels when the reservation was for four. It took a while but they did finally supply two more sets. The staff was really kind though. The room wasn’t what I expected but my visit was nice. I would stay again.
Had booked a king room but was instead given a room with a queen bed . The front desk handked it well and gave me another room once i cane up to front desk.
Problem is with whoever assigned us the wrong type of room.
Other than this check in glitch experience has been good so far .

The good in it room where extremely sticky so we just kept our socks on but service at the desk was great. We payed for it room through a third party then were charged again by the hotel still working in that mess
The hotel was outdated. The elevator floor was broken and needed service maintenance because it felt unsafe when it took off to another level. Walking into the room itself it was more updated but entering the bathroom, the toilet was not properly cleaned, neither was the bathtub making me not want to use either. The sheets also had stains and one night when I went down to request a clean comforter, I had to wait over two hours for someone from the front desk to answer the phone. Having gone down to the lobb, there was non one. The location was good, close to many places to eat and Walmart.
I did appreciate the fact that the property appeared to be pest free; BUT our room was just flat out DIRTY and DUSTY. I would stay there again, but I would bring my own cleaning supplies (which I shouldn’t have to do, but it was pretty bad).
