My stay was very good, quiet,clean and close to shopping and food.My only suggestion would be extend breakfast during the summer to 10am.Overall the room was very clean and thestaff was friendly.

Loud music was played in the lobby area keeping my kids up through the night. The air conditioner dripped water onto the window sill creating an annoying noise that made it difficult to sleep. There was a staff member who wouldn’t get up from a back desk to communicate with you at the front desk. Overpaid by three times because of an event in the area. Food looked inedible at the breakfast bar.

This place needs is awful

The only redeeming feature about this place is the nice young man who checked us in and checked in with us periodically. We stayed here for a few days. We had the only accessible room, which smells horrible and is covered up by a plus in the bathroom. I asked them to check the room and they couldn’t smell anything. They offered to switch rooms, but my disabled son needed it. The other staff was rude. We won’t be back. The breakfast wasn’t fully stocked. The shower requires towels since is was not properly built.

I seed in several comfort in suites in this seem to be one of the worst awful that I’ve stayed in. The parking lot was a total mess. You could hardly see where the turn was in order to go into the area if you are naughty Pittsburgh driver you would have no idea The rudeness of the other drivers.

For the price point, it was good. My biggest issue is that they were doing construction outside the room and our window was completely taped over with plastic. They were also doing construction up till like 10 PM one night. In addition the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Felt like family soon as walked in the door. I was skeptical because there is construction going on. However, I was given the best room. I heard nothing. The room was clean, comfortable and had features I was not expecting! Everything was so comfortable and enjoyable until I stayed an extra night! Front desk staff and all-Super Amazing. I will be back to enjoy another clean, cozy room!

Expedia lied about pricing was charged additional $30 per night. Hotel was being renovated, painting - windows covered with plastic. Could not use parts of the parking lot. Room has issues. No one addressed.
