The staff were really nice all around. Check in staff was friendly and prompt. The Bistro in the hotel was remarkably good. Chef made me a terrific Cobb salad with home made ranch!

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately, they advertise an airport shuttle, but did not have one. I had to pay for my Lyft ride to the hotel and back to the airport. I emailed the manager to get a refund for my rides, no response, just silence, like when I called for the shuttle.
