I would never go back to this property. Our room had not been cleaned. We had stained on the sheets, trash and dirt all over the floor to the point we could not even take off our shoes. There were fake eyelashes in the bed and on the floor. Hair in the tub and dirt. Hair on the toilet. Stains on the walls and sinks. We asked for our room to be cleaned, or for a different room. The worker said they would not clean our room til the following day and laughed saying we should not ask late at night for our room to be cleaned. The next day, our room was cleaned, yet we still had “new” towels covered in stains. Sheets also still stained. I was frustrated with the hospitality and most of all the cleanliness of this hotel. I slept in shoes and clothes too because it was so unsanitary. I ended up having to buy Clorox wipes and wipe the sink and tub myself. I am displeased with this hotel and booking

It was a place to sleep after a busy day at Kennywood. The room seemed to be recently renovated. The bed was a little uncomfortable. The room was very clean when we arrived, but there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling where it looked like something leaked from above and was just painted over. I would probably stay here again for the price. The staff was very kind and courteous. But there was only one handicapped parking space there should be a few more. The parking lot was full of Hotel guests, but there was very little noise for how many people were staying there.

The first room they gave me was filthy, menstrual blood stain on the bed sheet, the pillows were yellow and the floor had human hair on it. I got a new room which was not great but tollerable. On the 3rd day into my trip I came back to new room and the card key did not work. I went to the office got a new one then went back to the room and my property was missing. They had checked me out when I was not leaving until the next day. The management had taken my property out of the room but threw out my toothbrush and soap which I brought. In addition when I left they did not provide me with a receipt.

Simply… okay.

I didn’t expect this room to be 5 star. It was in a good area and next to where I needed to be, with easily assemble places to eat and visit. However, some of the sheets still had hair on it, some towels were a bit messy, and the toilet did not flush. Other that those few issues, it wasn’t bad!

The reservation was made as a last minute, and I was happy that they had 3 last rooms. However, that being said, if I need to stay in Monroeville next time, I would not choose this hotel. First, there were many smokers outside which is good, however their smoke permeates the rooms especially when setting and turning on the air conditioner or heating. The system draws in the air from outside which was smoke laden. Second, the bathroom had walls that were torn out by the water drain to the toilet. Unsightly Third, the floors were sticky near the bathroom Fourth the beds were hard. Not plush and soft - more like the inner spring mattress on the firm side. Difficult to sleep. Fifth and minor but no coffee in the rooms Lastly - No Breakfast! They advertise one, but offered nothing but coffee

My experience was not as great as it should have been due to a barking dog for hours in the morning call front desk who said they would advise but nothing changed woken up at 6am by barking constantly until after noon was not pleasant
