Their JR suite was a waste of money and they didn't care when I told front desk, there was a towel in the room with old red stains and the creamer wasn't looking good so I dumped my coffee, I'm a Hiltons Honor Member and they should have discounted my room to a regular standard rate , their website was misleading on this JR suite

We were excited to stay at this property and be visiting Pittsburgh for the first time. However this property was not a great experience. First off, the valet guy on Saturday night (heavy set tall dark skin African American man) was way more into his phone than assisting valet customers. I had to beg, argue and plead with him to assist me. Then he had an attitude and refused to move my vehicle for over an hour. I had to go downstairs from the hotel room to ask him when will he move my vehicle. Never again.

Clean, friendly and accommodating hotel!

The staff at this hotel were super accommodating, helpful and friendly. The bartender and front desk staff were especially wonderful, and the hotel lobby was comfortable, spacious, and featured lots of vinyl albums and noteworthy books for guests. The location was perfect, walkable to many places downtown as well as the public transit system (bus), and the hotel's terrace was also picture perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time I visit Pittsburg.

Excellent spot for walking to PPG - Go Pens! Loved the design of the main area with records, books, and coffee. Roof top was awesome too! Cozy, clean rooms perfect for a weekend. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Will stay again!

Lovely stay

I stayed for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed with the property and the staff. I had a late flight home and I was given a late checkout complimentary which I really appreciated, the front desk staff were all so courteous and friendly it really made me feel welcome when i spoke to them. The roof top terrace was a lovely feature I used on two separate occasions and the lobby was well designed and spacious. The room was very generously sized for a king sized bed and the bathroom had all the amenities I needed. I came to Pittsburgh for the Ice Hockey and the hotel was in perfect walking distance to the arena. I couldn’t have been happier during my stay and will more then likely return to the hotel when I visit the city again in the future.
