I stayed here for one night after attending a concert at PPG Arena. We had to park across the street at the U.S. Steel building’s garage because the hotel’s was full. It was actually cheaper than the Doubletree. Our suite on the 14th floor was fine. We walked to Market Square for dinner and down to the park by the river the next morning before we left.

My door had to slammed shut and was extremely loud to close and difficult to open, shower was in a tub with a handicap seat, which made it smaller, food for breakfast was very expensive and not worth the money, and no parking at the hotel, it was all taken so had to venture across the street in another deck. Lack of parking and access to hotel created lots of issues as it’s on a very busy street, although all workers were very polite and friendly.

The valet service and staff were amazing. I reserved my room in May for a weekend in August. We checked in, there were two full size beds. I reserved a king size bed with suite. I took my confirmation sheet back to the front desk and asked them to honor my reservation. The clerk said,”you booked through a third party. We have no obligation to honor it” A manager put us in a Queen suite that had no mini bar /refrig. The toilet was very /uncomfortably low to the floor and the sink didn’t drain. A real disappointment all around. I explained to them that they’d try to save money too if they could.

Spacious rooms which were cleaned on the daily, our towels were never replaced though despite making it clear that they had been used. Staff on front desk could be more friendly & welcoming. However, the bar staff at the restaurant/bar area were very hospital, welcoming and kind. The pool facility was okay, but our time in there was limited due to the heat of the room overall. My son also came out in a rash but that could just be from the change of water as our visit was from outside of the U.S. Overall, I think the area was very convenient location wise situated just over the road from the tube service and in the heart of downtown. We had a 7/11 next door for basic amenities, ensuring we didn’t have to travel far for anything we needed. The restaurant and bar was reasonably priced. The rooms were bigger than most and beds were comfortable. However, not the best Hilton hotel experience I’ve had, I think the property is a bit dated and lacked the overall expectation we anticipated.

Total dump, no refrigerators in the rooms (due to Covid, that was 4 years ago). The hotel is in poor shape at best, ramen on the floor of the elevator was another Pleasant surprise. The AC is aLao very loud, enough to keep us up. Our room was NOT ready at 4:00pm??? We were not even offered cookies. I would look elsewhere for a hotel near the airport.

We were very surprised that parking was valet but even more surprising was how we were expected with no help or a luggage cart to get us with all our items to floor 13. No one offered any suggestions or help. With 2 children, this was awful to be honest. The pool had no towels. The toilet in our room wouldnt flush properly and we were constantly having to play with it to get it flushed. We had 4 people registered for our room but only 3 towels??? We wete disappointed for our stay with you.
