The Double Tree by Hilton, GreenTree, is beautiful. The hotel is designed for families in mind. The rooms are recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. A larger refrigerator, a clean microwave, and a large flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

It looked nothing like the room I booked. The ceiling was hanging, like water damage. The room was hot because the ac was not working, the front desk person seem irritated because I kept calling because maintenance was taking forever. They came to fix it but it was still blowing out hot air, the room read 95 degrees. After me calling and complaining they decided to move me in a new room. I will not be staying there again. It was clean tho

Great front desk staff

I booked this very last minute to replace a hotel room of horror. The front desk people were so wonderful in making me feel welcome. And the hotel was clean.

I appreciated that the room was clean! Air conditioning worked well. Parking was great. Cookies at check-in were delicious and a wonderful welcoming touch. Water in shower didn't get hot and shower gel was empty. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stay Away!

I attended a Vietnam Vet reunion. We had a conference room for visiting. It had no air conditioning. Our President of the 196th unit went out and bought fans to try to keep the membership comfortable. My room looked like it had a water episode from the floor above. The carpet was wet and moldy in spots. It even had toad stools growing in the closet and in the corner. One positive that I will mention was a banquet that was held on our last day and the food was very good.
