When booking it asked for special requests. I requested a couple of things. On arriving, lady at desk admitted she was “just reading my requests now”…….rly? By then it was too late. Not only that, she didn’t even acknowledge my actual requests. Oh? Was that her way of telling me no, to my requests. Just plain rude. I did see it as plain old laziness on the Staffs part. Not impressed. On a happier note. Loved the kickback. The Gentleman on the bar, extremely polite. Hotel room King Suite was very nice and comfortable.

This hotel was pretty good for a guys trip we took to watch the NY Giants lose to Pitt. But we made the best of it. I would def stay there again !!!

We stayed here for a wedding, which was held at another venue. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, tons of space. Decent breakfast. They also offer a happy hour with free munchies and one free drink, which we had to miss. I'd stay there again, next trip.
