This is a great place for a family, with pool, hot tub and amply supplied food as a part of the package. Downtown location is good.

Everything is great, meals are a nice plus. Big negative on valet parking which is the only option the hotel offers. We arrived, waited nearly an hour not one car in line budged. One kid working it and he seemed lost, i think he was hiding until we called the front desk. We bagged it and parked around the block. Got checked in and nobody outside in the valet line had budged. The upside was parked was half the rate around the block. I understand the predicament the hotel has with no on site parking but they should just tell you this and recommend the public parking ~2 blocks away.

The service is excellent. Had an issue at check in with a suite where there was a very little natural light and was very dark considering it was a "suite" The staff worked very hard to resolve this for me which was appreciated considering they were fully booked during our stay.

I booked this property because of the proximity to the Amtrak station. I used self park at the Greyhound terminal garage because I would be gone for about a week. This was my first time at The Drury Inn. I have stayed a the other two hotels nearby. For me it's a question of convenience. I really like the fact that there are many options for food and drinks with-in a short walk of the hotel. Because of the hotel's location getting in and out is a bottleneck. Cudos to the valet staff.

Really enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the complimentary breakfast, dinner, and drinks. However unfortunately I booked the same night as a school trip and when I went to use the hot tub, after a few minutes the pool room was full of around 50 teenagers which made it impossible to use. Shame because I booked for the hot tub! However attendants at the desk were very understanding.

We loved our corner suite. Lots of space. This hotel is conveniently located to the convention center, shops, and dining. The breakfast and reception foods are good. Make sure to request your car from valet with ample time for your plans. Sometimes takes a minute for them to retrieve. Hotel is clean, spacious, and interesting, as it used to be the federal reserve bank. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously here. Would recommend for sure!

Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything from check in to out. They are very through with explaining everything about the property. The property does have a rich history and would recommend to ask them about it! It is also in a very walkable area in the downtown.
