Great location by the convention center. Always appreciate the big, FREE breakfast and free happy hour drink. Tip - park at the Grayhound bus station just two blocks from the hotel - it's much cheaper than valet parking and a very easy walk.

Stayed in a Suite with 2 Queen Beds, the room was a little outdated but it was fine and the price was very reasonable. Got back from the Pittsburgh/Duke basketball game at about 11pm and wanted to have a nightcap at the bar but it was already closed. The Kickback feature is nice but the food did not make us feel great after eating it lol and the free drink and $1 next 2 drinks were not the best either(watered down and beer was bad). Overall the stay was fine, the hotel did it's job, just could use some TLC in the rooms and perhaps some real drinks at the downstairs bar and also maybe have the bar/restaurant stay open until Midnight like it said it was.

The amenities and staff make this hotel ELITE ! From the time we entered the door, we were treated FANTASTIC! The free dinner / drinks are wonderful & saved this budget mama. The breakfast is great! The only tiny negative was that the hot tub wasn't HOT enough. However we went at 9am, which isn't exactly prime time. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Drury & plan to stay here every trip to pgh.

Wonderful staff! We were only there 3 nights, customer service was really top notch. Our room was comfortable and spacious, the hot tub was perfect after a long day, the pool is heated, also. They served pulled pork every night we were there which was a down side for us, breakfast was good. **There is no free parking, you either have to park several blocks away at the greyhound station ($20 every time you take your car out) or you pay $40. Per day for valet at the hotel (unlimited entry/exit, but you still have to tip the customary $10 - $20 every time you drop off or pick up your car)**

Amazing Hotel Guest service. Nice free breakfast with good options for kids. Spacious rooms and bedding is comfortable. The hotel staff went over and beyond to make sure your experience is comfortable. Pool was fun. Unfortunately, they could improve the valet experience which was really overpriced. Valet staff was not professional. I would seek out other garage options.

Nice, clean room. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was open until 10:00am. They also have complimentary dinner which we didn’t participate in, but that’s the only hotel that’s ever offered. Pool and hot tub!
