We were only there for one night but I was frustrated with check-in. Our room was not ready at 3:15 and I was told it was because of the type of room. There was nothing odd about the reservation. It was a room with 2 beds. No one else checking in at the time was having any problems. I was a bit frustrated with the gentleman that was assisting me. Other than that everything was fine.

Our stay was excellent!! The hotel was very clean and it has very nice accommodations. The employees were extremely friendly and offered suggestions about the city. My only wish was that we could spend more time at the hotel to enjoy all the amenities.

Lovely Hotel. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was quite large and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the dinner and free drink was a wonderful bonus! Centrally locate to what we were doing. Took subway to PNC and walked to Strip District. Took Uber to incline. Would most certainly stay there again.
