My only complaint is that when I called to schedule a shuttle service no one answered so I left a message and no one returned my call for at least one hour . So I decided to Uber to the hotel....

Very noisy (I could hear the guest in the other room talk, and in the hallway). The mini fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it. Towels were not soft at all. The toilet fan very noisy.

Waiting for a flight in comfort.

Arrived by Uber. Parking was available right in front of the business. I did not leave my room until time for my flight I was able to arrange a shuttle to the airport for 2:30 am for less than the usual Uber fee.

I stayed here as my flight was cancelled. There are two hotels next to each other with only one guy working between both to check union. He had to leave each building to serve everyone. Room was sketchy. Doors/walls don’t keep sound in. Only stayed as emergency and wouldn’t repeat

My daughter and I stayed here before an early morning flight. We checked in at 10 pm and out at 5 am so we really just slept here. The room was newly renovated. Everything was clean but basic. The bed was comfortable. The room was fairly large. The proprietor was helpful. There were no other hotels available that night for a reasonable price as there were several sporting events that weekend or I would have stayed at a higher tier hotel but this room was fine for what I paid and for the one night I needed

A little confusing. Address good to the Quality Inn. The hotel is behind it but the same front desk person works at both hotels. Was pleasantly surprised with the room. The beds were new, pillows were comfortable. Room smelled fresh. Definitely would recommend

Beautiful hallway interior with nice, clean carpeting. My room was clean,& the surrounding area was very quiet. It's not a very walkable area in terms of stores/ restaurants, but plenty of options via drive. Overall.... I'd stay here again.

I booked this hotel and traveled from another state for a concert. check in was okay but my issues was after the concert. I got back to the hotel around 12pm but there was not a single parking spot. There is a hotel next door with a parking lot but they provide parking passes to their gusts so you can’t park there or you will be towed. I tried to call the owner on the phone that was provided by the front desk to ask where I am supposed to park and no one would answer. I ended up just driving all the way back home (which was all the way in another state) after a long day to avoid the risk of the tow since there was absolutely no parking. I want my money back due to this inconvenience and the fact I didn’t even sleep at the hotel
