Very poor condition of the property and rooms. Inconvenient “policies” such as needing to order basic things like cups, utensils, and other kitchen items. Vending machines are disgustingly overpriced!! $4.00 for a 16 oz bottle of water?!? The AC unit was grossly in need of cleaning (vent filters). Kitchen floor was sticky. Halls smelled of fried fish. Poorly lit everywhere. Minimal tv channels.

While check in went very quickly , when we arrived at our room we noticed stained carpeting , and some sticky substance on the walls of the bathroom with hair in it .. yuck! The staff was perfectly nice but the vibe and people around was a bit on the shady side . Glad we only stayed one night !

Liked - the bed was comfortable. Did not like - dirty floor and refrigerator, no dishes and when provided, no bowls were included and frying pan was unusable, noisy street just outside window. No maid service unless in room for 14 days or paid extra. Overall, not worth the price.

This was a decent place to stay long term because of the kitchen facilities The staff were very good. Justin was great! Discontinue the so-called breakfast. Rooms have kitchens anyway.

The staff members I spoke to were very nice and helpful. While the rooms were clean they had a very stale odor from past smokers (rooms were non smoking). Humidity in the rooms was uncomfortable. Common areas in the hotel could have used a good vacuuming.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room smelled like cigarette smoke as evidenced by cigarette butts in window sill. Asked for small pan and one was quickly provided but the quality of one taken from a dumpster at Goodwill. I am very sensitive to noise and too much traffic noise from room facing street. Windows do not close securely and there are double windows which would help cut down on noise but they are disabled so screens can be installed. Guess that is for the smokers. AC is waaaaay too loud but cooled the room well.

So confused by this hotel. The reviews were pretty good. Do they pay people for good reviews? I didn't get paid so here's an honest one. I like to think I'm pretty laid back, but this hotel was just horrific. Don't get me wrong, customer service was great. But the hotel is used for housing. I think we were the only ones visiting. Everyone I talked to lived there. Several people warned us to stay in after dark and not to be outside. But, I will say the people who live there are really friendly. Almost every room had a dog. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs... but the slightest noise in the hallway created an off key ear pitching symphony of dog barks and owner yells to "shut up". Kept us up most of the night. Bathroom was not clean, towels were stained ... but washed so meh, no biggy. Room was dated but so am I, so it's ok. Room did have a smell to it but it wasn't bad enough to complain. Breakfast was a stack of granola bars in the lobby. That sucked.
