Check in process was fantastic. Staff was so nice. Room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Completely out of their control: There seemed to have been some conflict with a group of people who apparently thought they were going to buy one night/one room, go to the pool, open the side door, and allow 30 of their closest friends/family/neighbors/kids to all come swim. I have to say, the manager handling the situation remained so professional and handled the situation perfectly!

Everything was good except they served the same type of breakfast for all the days I stayed there. I wish they had a few more selections on different days.

The room did not match the pictures online of the room we booked. The room wasnt cleaned properly. There was a dirty sock in one of the closets. The conditioner bottle was empty. Small amount of toilet paper. Towels were just tossed on the shelf. The pool and spa were down.The breakfast was very limited in selection as to other places we've stayed. We were not informed that there was a $20 a day hold on your card upon booking. We will not be staying there again.
