Location was convenient to the areas we visited. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the floor in our room had not been vacuumed. A leaf, several pieces of cellophane, hair and threads were on the floor.

The hotel was disgusting and run-down. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The base of the toilet was gross. We ran out of toilet paper twice and towels twice in the 4 days we stayed there. Breakfast was fine but by 9am items were limited. On Monday and Tuesday, there was no milk by 9am for cereal. Breakfast varies a bit from the staff working. On Wednesday there was more fruit and yogurt compared to Monday and Tuesday morning. The pool was green and unable to be used for 2 days which was a main reason we booked this hotel. The noise from other patrons woke us up twice in the middle of the night. The room smelled a bit musty. The wifi didn't work for us on the day we arrived. It was difficult to arrange Uber. The fridge in the room had significant ice buildup and froze some of our leftovers. Its outside of the downtown area but it has nothing to do or no restaurants within walking distance so you need to order in or plan your trip around meals. I would never stay at this property again.

Disappointing, we have stayed there many times in the past and this time was different. Lack of towels, temperature of lobby, pool conditions. I hope this changes as we have been quite happy with this location in the past.

We recently stayed for three nights at this location. When we arrived, two guests were also checking in, but indicated they were already there for 10 minutes waiting for front desk staff. Come to find out the hotel was understaffed for the evening. The free breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn fare, so no complaints other than the Dark Roast coffee tasting like motor oil. The room was quite pleasant. They should do some routine checks on the showers as the caulking around our shower head was completely off and was leaking pretty bad post-shower. The hotel is hidden away off the street, which was nice but also made me a little leery about nighttime activity. Lastly, we were really hoping for our kids to swim, but the pool looked very dirty. However, that did not stop other guests from swimming in the pool.

I did have to switch rooms due to air conditioning problems and no towels and the room smelled like pizza .. she told me they were buzy the night before and ran out of towels and no one could come look at the air conditioning .. she offered no sutions … … the staff was helpful after I insisted It wouldn’t wait to morning..after switching rooms the open room had Towles magically there were some towels not in use !!!! that dismissal was a bit off putting .. had I not booked third party they would have discounted the room so I had no compensation for the discourtesy of not offering a solution and the inconvenience of packing up in the midfle of the night …. over all very comfortable rooms cute pool area
