The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. However, We were disappointed in the lack of towels and water in the exercise room and that the issue was still not corrected after reporting it and told it would be taken care of. Also disappointed in lack of daily room servicing and a $25 daily parking fee and not being informed of those issues when making the reservation.

I purposely chose this location again because I had a good experience in October. This time was a bit disappointing. Fan in room very loud and kept waking me up. I asked for pet sign for door which they didn’t have. Housekeeping came to room and my dog ran out into hallway as they weren’t aware of dog even though I was told it would be noted.

Visiting Pitt

Hotel was a 15min walk from Univ of Pitt, which was the reason for our visit. Hotel was solid: comfortable, clean. Room climate was a little damp. Parking was pretty expensive though, so that was a big drawback. Also would've been nice for the breakfast buffet to have scrambled eggs or omelettes, but they only had hard boiled. Overall a good stay.

Nice accommodation

Nice clean and up to date. Parking should be free as they have a huge on property lot. Unfortunately, their continental breakfast was kind of a mess. Crowded and shoved in a back corner. The first day we just got coffee and the second day it was empty even though it had more than an hour to go until it closed.
