The only issues we had at this property was there was a group of I know I saw at least 6 children running up and down the hallways yelling and knocking on doors I know they are just children but we had made a long drive and wanted to sleep before starting early driving again

I have never met a more rude and dismissive completely unqualified person un the hospitality world than the attendant for this property. Mind blown at what passes for customer service. This last trip has turned me off to Hilton properties after years of loyalty.

The breakfast food was not good. My coffee creamer half and half was spoiled and separated in my coffee. I could not drink it. The eggs consisted of some sort of spongy material that was not appealing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly.

The room and property were very clean and nice. Food was typical buffet affair (dry and utilitarian). Trying to correct billing card was extremely difficult and slow. Three days after numerous attempts, it still has yet to be satisfactorily resolved. This is not on my end because another Hilton Hotel in Chicago the very next day processed everything correctly.

The front desk girl was very nice on check in. Sundays breakfast was out of everything in the morning and you had to wait in line for a half hour until they refilled stuff. It looked like they only had one young man doing everything and he tried his best to make everyone happy! He definitely deserves a raise!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We’re from Ohio, here on vacation. Very clean, everything worked had no issues. Great service as well. I really like they have two separate elevator, makes it a little safer. Excellent stay!

Dirty eating areas, dirty carpet

We checked into the hotel at about 6pm. While walking through the breakfast seating area, there was still food waste on some tables and trash out. The carpets throughout the hotel were stained. The beds were fine but not exceptionally comfortable. However, the front desk personnel was kind and the hotel was close to our destination.
