Toilet seat was loose. Heater/AC sounded like a jet taking off. The QR code in the room states menus for room service, however no one ever answered the phone and the front desk was not helpful.

Great stay

The room was spotless. Bathroom was super clean. Sheets were clean and didn’t spot any hair or lint on them. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Pittsburgh. I bring gloves and Clorox wipes to wipe down any hotel I’m in… this place was clean. The room was spacious and we could not hear anyone else on the floor or the elevators. The hotel was well built with proper noise mitigation.

The location is perfect to PNC park, even to the football game. Restaurants everywhere. Parking available right next door- I think it should be discounted for guests. Restaurant in hotel, great breakfast. Other restaurants right up street. Easy to get to. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back.

I arrived late at 1am I let them know and were very accommodating. We stayed here for a baseball game. Close walk over the bridge. A lot of dining options and affordable. I came from Florida and I would recommend this to someone coming in for a ball game or football game.

15 minute walk to PNC Park

Came down for a Yankees vs Pirates game with the family. Hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk to the stadium. Very friendly staff and very clean. Will book again in the future.
