Front desk was very helpful upon check-in. Beds were too soft and my husband & I were constantly rolling towards each other. Chair in room was also incredibly uncomfortable. Air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a rocket was taking off - it alternated between pumping out arctic air and then warm, humid air. We requested it be fixed after the first night; maintenance did look at it but it wasn't fixed. Disappointing experience for the cost.

One of my rooms, 505 was fine , my other room 514 was not very clean, the bed close to the window, on the mattress covers there was dry blood all along the the lining. This makes me believe there may have been bugs at some point and the same mattress cover was used again. That is disgusting. I should have never had to stay in that room when I didnt even sleep in the bed and had to share the other bed!! The night time clerk never answered the phone or they were never at the desk. The day time clerk was very nice. I believe i should be given some room credit ot even a free stay after O experienced this. O can provid pictures if needed.

Do Not stay at this property. The scammed me out of over $1000 due to not being able to make my reservation due to a family death. Expedia tried and called the hotel directly based on our circumstances and they refused to refund us or issue us credit to use at another time. Do not reserve at a hotel like this. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL
