Did not like the pick up wait over an hour after we landed at the airport. If you say you have a shuttle to and from the airport, you shouldn’t be sharing with other hotels.

This hotel was not as modern as we were hoping for BUT it is under construction for updates so I’m eager to see those once completed. Staff were very polite and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back after the updates are completed!

Front desk gal was AMAZING! Friendly, good sense of humor, pleasant to work with. Was very accomodating when the smoke detector battery needed replace in my room. She was on top of it!

I had an accident requiring hospitalization the day that I was supposed to check in. I canceled immediately, however because I reserved the hotel through Expedia, was not permitted a refund. Expedia tried and was unsuccessful. I would have been happy with travel credit but the hotel refused that as well.
