Nice and clean, if a bit outdated but what can you expect from an airport property. The shuttle to the hotel was unreachable and had to take a 30 USD cab to the hotel, but at the very least the manager offered some IHG points. Not the same as the cost savings but at least they did something. Great breakfast, but would like to see no styrofoam used in the future.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! This review has nothing to do with that. The hotel didn't have their own shuttle from the airport. It was 3rd party. Hotel was not in a safe area. Horn was very outdated. Elevators broken. Wi-Fi was in and out. Shower didn't get very hot, only warm. Area was not ideal. Maybe I'm spoiled from other Holiday inn locations but this is not their shining star. Again. Staff was amazing and very nice! That was the saving grace.

Place was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and kind. The gentleman who checked me in had great customer service. Breakfast pretty standard. The only downfall was the beds were okay for a night or two but definitely not a long stay. Overall would stay again.

For half the price I paid I could have stayed at a clean, bug free Hampton Inn instead of here. If you are shorter than 5'4" the wall mounted soap and lotion dispenser at the bathroom sink will not be able to be reached. There was an awful chemical smell from room deodorizer that never went away. I suspect they may have put me in a room that previously had a pet. There were bugs on the bed and maybe fleas in the carpet? I will never stay here again.

I had some issues with flights and arrived in Pittsburgh much later than expected. I called and asked the hotel if I could still get my room for a few hours to rest and shower. They were so accommodating and they should know how appreciative I am. Thank you to the staff, I will make sure this is a hotel I keep on my traveling list when in Pittsburgh.
