Kitchen staff yelled at me the first day for not using a set of tongs to get an individually wrapped muffin. Had I seen the tongs, I would have used them. Secondly, the man on duty the day we were arriving was terrible at giving directions. We drove around quite a bit before finding the parking lot. Thirdly, there were only 2 sets of linens in the room in spite of the fact the room was reserved for 3 people. Lastly, the parking area was dark with broken concrete. The fact that the hotel charged for parking is absolutely outrageous!

Heat not functioning in January!

My room had no functioning heat. The front desk could only supply extra blankets. It was freezing and I had to sleep with hand warmers under my pillows.

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Had a beautiful view from the seventh floor. Parking right next door. Within walking distance to restaurants. Right across the street from PNC Park.

Hotel is nice but not good noise suppression and we could hear everything in the rooms and the highway. Made sleeping hard.

Breakfast was terrible, cold and ran out of everything over an hour before breakfast ended. Pool was closed the entire stay due to “imbalanced chemicals.”

It might have been because we were staying over the holiday season, but there were several days where our room was entered and trash was emptied, but toiletries were not replaced nor was the toilet paper. We had asked at check in how often housekeeping services were provided and had been told daily. Not sure what happened with our stay. We were also not the only ones, there were others who we saw come to the front desk asking for the same items.
