I love this property! Quiet and clean! This place really deserves five stars! It’s very welcoming. The breakfast was great! I was hoping I wasn’t getting the continental type of breakfast. I would stay here for every future Pittsburgh visits. The staff are wonderful!

Our room has no heat. Front desk states there is no maintenance worker on. Offered to switch our room but no double beds available and due to back issues can not use the pull out for guest. So we opted to stay in our room with absolutely no working heat. I think it is absurd that there are no maintenance staff at a hotel that serves guests 24/7. We asked for money off our bill and the desk clerk rudely told us there’s nothing she could do because we are choosing to stay in the room and not switch. Horrible.

The only negative comment I have is that Expedia indicated that I wanted an accessible with roll-in shower. The front desk lady noticed that and asked if that was what I wanted. I am glad she paid attention to that and asked me. I did not select this when booking through Expedia.

Everyone from the kitchen staff to the front desk was very sweet! When we came back to our room the bed was made and my daughter thought it was so cute that her stuffed animal was tucked into bed. 10/10 experience all around!
