Ruined weekend
In order to use the points I earned I was required to book a non refundable room. When a terrible snow storm hit my area closing down all highways making leaving impossible we were unable to make it. We asked to move the room to a different day and were denied by the hotel and this site. Meaning my family lost almost $200 we very much could not afford. We will definitely not be using this hotel for our 50 member athletic club next year as planned.

Excellent hotel for a quick getaway with the family. Staff was excellent, the room was perfect and the kids had a great time in the pool. Breakfast was very good as well.

The room was clean. Bathroom is a bit small and bathroom’s barn door unless hooked/locked properly slides open. We booked this hotel over the adjacent hotel because of the pool as we had a 5 year old with us who anticipated the pool time. The pool was down for maintenance/cleaning the entire 2 days. Also, my daughter and I paid the same amount but had 2 different type rooms.

I checked in on a Wednesday I checked out on a Sunday not once, was my room serviced in any shape or form. Two of the nights they were large groups of people coming up from the pool after 11 o’clock, making a lot of noise. The stench of marijuana on the floor on Friday and Saturday night was overwhelming. The breakfast in the morning was very nice.

Upon arrival, 4 people were right in front of the entrance smoking. We ended up bringing luggage through a side door that read out of order, but opened right up, to avoid the smoke. Our room smelled of wet dog. It was coming from the air conditioner unit as well as the floor. If we were not leaving in 6 hours we would have moved all 5 of us but it was late and we're exhausted. The room appeared clean but the odor was strong and 3 of us couldn't use the pillows because they too smelled. Very disappointing.
