Family Trip

Good Premium Room Just A Lot Of Noise From The Fire Department & Plus They Construction Happening On The Side of The Building Due to A Water Break Where They Laid A Steel Sheet To Cover Hole That You Can Literally Hear Clank sounds everytime the fire department fire truck would over it or regular traffic all thru the night and we were on the 7th floor. Breakfast was okay found a few hairs in the eggs but is okay. $50 dollars for 2 night stay parking. You pay at desk when checking in. Scenic Views Of The City, Room was clean and tidy just dishes were dirty in dish washer the front desk helped out by giving us tablets soap for dishwasher. Other than that nice hotel and nice clean rooms. Walking Distance David L. Lawrence Convention Center (10 Min) Walk .

This is located right beside the terminal in the strip and right across puttery. So many things you can do, in a convenient and walkable way. The hotel is clean with many amenities. The staff was so nice and helpful.

Great for family weekend.

Great location close to all things in the strip district, a block from the Heinz center. The only problem was that a lot of things close down early. Nice, sizable room and great front desk staff. Would stay there again, but just remember to bring along snacks and drinks since no stores were close and open after 5/6pm

The hotel was amazing, the exterior was clean and welcoming. The lobby was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated with lots of space to sit if needed. The front desk agent was friendly and checked me in quickly. Being from out of town I asked about walking to the PPG Arena if it was safe and she said absolutely and she recommended it as a good way to see the downtown. She provided a great option for dinner and it did not disaapoint. Bill's Burgers was a hit with our family. The room was perfect and spotless. We opted for the Premium Deluxe suite which gave us a corner room with views of the city amd the river...it was well worth it. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best i have ever had and a lot of selection to choose from. All the staff we saw were friendly and had smiles on their faces. This truely was a fantastic property to stay at and hughly recommended.

The property had perfect location in strip district to what we wanted to do. A lot of food options. Staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel is clean and in great condition.

We were here for 2 nights for MRI at childrens. Good location for travel to hospital. The room was ok could do a better job cleaning. Shower water pressure sucks and doesn't get hot it gets luke warm if ypur lucky. The dishes were in the dishwasher not clean we had to clean them. Delivery drivers are not allowed to go to door only lobby so thats an inconvenience. We had a check out of 12 pm, but we had to rush to get out before 10 am due to them having a fire alarm test @ 10 and my kids dont do well with loud noise. The water ended up being shut off due to something so we had no water the morning we were leaving. Parking is a nightmare you pay $24 a night and you might get lucky and get a spot in the garage, if not you have to park in an open lot across the street. Overall for the price not impressed, will be trying another hotel next time.
