From the time we entered the property until we left, the staff was there to meet any need that we may have had. The room was amazing. The food was great. We literally didn't have one complaint. We also had a infant with us and the staff even made his time enjoyable. Thank you so much I'm sure we'll be back again.

The room I stayed in was dirty. The floor was so dirty I had to wipe it down myself. The towels ended up taken down to the front desk. I wanted to make them aware. The room only came with 2 towels. I also had to call for room service to get more towels. I wasn’t aware of the pet fee. 75 dollars added on to your stay for each animal. Also you have to pay for parking. 35 a night. If you disregard allll of that lol it was a decent hotel. There’s not much to say about the property outside of the hotel. Lots of homeless people and addicts walking around. I spent 1 day in Pittsburgh and I would never go back. Good luck

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Are is not necessarily unsafe but you need to be aware of your surroundings and I would not walk at night.

The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet and extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh

Room 436. As soon as you walk in you see the barhroom. Weird. The shower wall is clear. So if you come back from dinner and xyz is showering you get a weird show if youre not in an intimate relationship. The room was echoy like some weird art exhibit hall. The table under the tv looked like it was gorilla glued to the wall. Poor job.

Payed outrageous price because it was college move in weekend so all hotels overpriced. However I booked a room with two beds which they did not have. We instead got an uncomfortable roll away bed. If you cannot provide what was paid for it is normal to offer a discount, which we didn’t get. Will not book hotel indigo again.
