The property was very clean and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and very clean. They offered a transportation service that shuttles you to 3 mile radius around the hotel which was a great amenity that we used for our concert at the PPG arena!

Right next to the freeway, traffic noise was an issue. No amenities around it. The lobby does not even offer iced water greeting guests nor complimentary water in the room. Small gestures that would have made a difference in how guests feel.

We did not like what was called complimentary transportation. In the morning, when we came, he wasn't there, and will return possibly by 8:30 or later, we didn't have definite answer and when we needed to be picked up, we were told we need to wait up to 30 minutes. Before reservation was completed, i called and confirmed that most we wait is 10-15 minutes, but it was not like that. Also their couches super uncomfortable and my daughter was complaining of metal parts sticking out, so we had to call frontdesk to get new bed, which honesty wasn't any better. Other then that hotel is nice, location and parking are super, it has very nice restaurant in the lobby that opens very early and closes very late. We also had a river view...that was truly amazing.

good place, strongly scented!

Standard hotel room in many regards. However, there was a very strong perfumed scent in the room. At first I accused my partner of spraying his cologne! I'm sensitive to smell so I couldn't sleep the first night as it was overwhelming. Is it the disinfectant from the mop? The smell stayed the entire stay.
