I booked this room through Expedia with the option of paying when I checked in. The hotel charged my card well in advance of my check-in! I didn’t appreciate that and they blamed Expedia for it! When I talked to you guys about it, You told me it was the Hotel‘s fault and it was back-and-forth between the two of you and it never got worked out. In addition, the manager was not terribly accommodating with some of my complaints, there was no working telephone in the room there was also no microwave in the room. Breakfast was cold as was the coffee every morning! And even though it was advertised that they had shuttle service to the airport, they did not!!! it was before 5 AM or after midnight they would take you but between the hours of midnight and 5 AM you could not get to the airport. That was incredibly inconvenient because my friend who I was traveling with needed to be at the airport at 4 AM I had to take them there in a snowstorm! So all the way around I was not happy with this hotel and they blamed Expedia for false advertising. So I will be hard-pressed to believe anything that I read or am promised when booking through Expedia or through Hyatt going forward!!!

Front desk person (male) was terribly unprofessional! My check in is the worst I've ever experienced. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by this man who couldn't decide if he should help me or wait for the next shift to do it. He then proceeded to make fun of my last name by pronouncing it like he's regurgitating. He then accused me of checking out his female coworker and made a bunch of sexually inappropriate jokes! I ask if this is how he greets all his customers and he stated he's just lightening up the vibe. He then rushed all the explanation of amenities very comically. I almost questioned if he really worked there. Just overall a horrible experience with that man. Otherwise, room was decent. Shower was the best pressure I've ever had. Breakfast was not bad and pool was fine. That man needs more training in professionalism.

Its location is terrible. The property is behind the freight docks of a shopping center. There is no shuttle to the airport. Instead, they have a contract with Lyft which is nice, but it’s not offered 24 hours. My flight left at 5am and I needed to be at the airport when their free Lyft was not offered so it cost me $25 to get to the airport using my own account.
