The breakfast in the morning was great for a hotel breakfast. They give you normal plates and silverware and some of the food was kept in Dutch ovens.

Our room was very accommodating. Had a sectional and ottoman/coffee table. The sink was more accessible in the main room, outside of the bathroom with toilet and shower. Plus, there was an additional sink near microwave and fridge. Made getting ready in the morning easier/quicker. Would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for. For the price, I was happy with the size of the room. But there was no body wash in our shower. It was an empty bottle. Bar is run by receptionist who said, “I’m not a bartender” so if you’re looking for an onsite bar this isn’t it. Pool and rooms dated. Waffle makers were broken and everything else didn’t look appealing. Had a cup of coffee. Location was great for the airport early in the morning.

Close to restaurants

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. Room was nice, we stayed in a King with pull out couch, it was spacious and comfortable. A bit noisy by the road out front but overall, we had a nice stay. Our flight left early in the morning so I cannot comment on the breakfast. They did have a bar for cocktail, but we were with our granddaughter and didn't enjoy any. Pool was clean.

It was ok. I didn't like that to get to the hotel it was so many potholes. The hotel also was real secluded. The bar is very misleading in the pictures. They have the front desk working the bar and the desk. The sink in our room was not in the bathroom with the toilet and shower. The ironing board was too small. The drinks like pop and water that was at the desk was $5. It was ok but I won't stay there again.

The room was unclean when we checked in/ the drain was backing up the dirty towel were still behind the bathroom door. During our stay the key card kept demagnetizing, the trash was left in the room a few times as well as the soiled bath towels and rags. One day we got no rags. I get not changing the bedding or turning the beds daily. But not doing minor cleaning is just plain nasty when a guest is staying for almost a week or more visitors spend 90% out of their room during their stay therefore, I do not think it is much to ask for to empty the trash and/or tidy up the room for the price one pa for a daily room rate. The dining area for breakfast was like a unbelievably messy and unpresentable. The staff never came out and clean behind the guest who made mess This is the Hyatt I expected so much better only to experience this

The staff is fabulous. Next time I will definitely get handicapped accessible, because the bathroom and the bathtub were ridiculously small. Also, you could not sit on the toilet with the door closed!!! The sofa area was nice and the desk space, too. Bad thing: coffee machine was filthy. We notified the front desk. Went down to breakfast at 9:15 and nothing left. Was face.
