The location was convenient and rooms were a nice size. The breakfast was limited, things ran out, there did not appear to be enough staff to manage the buffet and the clean up afterwards.

The house keeping didn’t clean the room properly. The shower floors were not tiled evenly so the water pooled up by the entrance to shower. The house keeping needed to get rid of the pooling water, So they were wiping the water up with towels and two out of the three days they forgot to take the towels out of the shower. None to the house keeping personal could talk English.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! Got to the hotel late Wednesday, at the us open all day and evening Thursday and Friday came back to room in the afternoon to discover 1 roach in the bed 2 in the sink and 1 in light cover. Discretely talked to front desk, they moved us to another room which the a/c sounded like a train. Front desk took my Hyatt # and said they would add points. This never happened, called today and was told since I BOOKED ON EXPEDIA they couldn’t offer points but offered $40. I told them what they could do with that. They were aware at the time I booked on expedia. AVOID!
