Great place. The only blip we had was on the first day when the WIFI was not working. They promised it would be fixed by next day at 9 am and it was back by then. Staff was friendly and room was clean and large.

All our problem

We booked 2 rooms for multiple nights a year in advance. The morning of our arrival the hotel cancelled our reservations because they were overbooked, and our credit card had been renewed during the year, so the number they had on file was no longer valid. No offer to find us other rooms nearby - just an agreement that travel is hard and a suggestion that we should call the third party to resolve the issue because they were busy and had two other reservations they still needed to cancel.

The place is very nice . Only issue I had was the hotels WIFI was down for 3 days. Since we are Canadian we rely on hotel WIFi. We had to go over the McDonald multiple times to check messages. Other then that hotel was amazing

Booked a 4 night stay. On day 3 and no room servicing, asked front desk to ensure room would be refreshed which she assured me it would. It wasn’t. 4 nights, 5 days no service! Place needs a refresh. Pretty dirty throughout common areas. Bed was good
