I booked a room with a king bed. I was given a room with 2 queens (looked more like doubles). I was told the room I booked was out of order. The lobby smelled of marijuana, other strange smells in the hallways. Door to outside open by the pool making it absolutely freezing in the pool and hallway. To top it off I found a razor blade on the floor by the bottom of one of the beds. The photos don’t show the hotel in its actuality. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Location is close to lots of food options and shopping but I would stay at one of the other options close by if I needed to.

My room had a really foul odor and a consistent knat problem. I bought cleaning supplies since my stay was extended there but it did not help. There was no stove and oven just hot plate. Maybe the exhaust fan in kitchen was not working properly and caused the odor in the room. Not sure. The hallways and lobby smelled as well. The stairwell was filthy. While I was on an extended stay there management did clean the lobby area, stairwell and the hallway odor improved. I am thankful it was not me and had an excellent experience last night at ES in Farmington CT. Very clean with attentive staff. Without last nights experience, I wouldn’t”t have returned to Exended Stay. My experiences at extended stay have n Philadelphia and Monroeville were generally positive ones as well. Farmington CTby far the best to me, anyway so far.

my experience was not good . i have with autism son and advanced asked for 2nd floor . they put me to 5th floor .so reception was change for me to 2nd floor. we were then 2nd floor and tried to open door. the door key not working at all so i went back to down and asked to fix room key and they fix it key and i went back to 2nd floor again. the key still show red and the door not open at all . i went back to down 2nd times again and they switch it to me 3rd floor. i started noticed no tissue box and also they saic double queen bed but actually it more look like twin size . also i noticed lots of dust mite on the switchs my son have pretty bad dust allergy. then we went down for pool time and result was my left side eyes getting red and blur for that night my son both eyes get red for that night too. luckily it only last one night redness. then next morning they said breakfast included so we went down and looked , they only offer muffin packs in basket coffee ( No milk ,no juice, no bread ,no eggs in this case i never hope bacon but i thought some bread and milk but they only offer muffin pack and coffee . so i paid $90 breakfast outside i dont think i will stay there again in the future . oh also alots of animals lovers i met when i stay there one night, so if you have dog allergy just take care yourself . my son have dog allergy too so i can gave only one star most at this point ( No breakfast (only muffin and coffee) today date jan 3 2024.

You get what you pay for
We stayed here on NYE hoping to have a nice inexpensive unlavished trip with our 2 young children swimming, watching movies, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the breakfast was basically non existent as it is a "grab and go" style, which we were not told about on check in. We then found out the pool was closed, which we were also not told about on check in, and the cable channel list was limited and due to the set up we were unable to set up our streaming device for movies. The one elevator was out of service so the wait was long. Check in process was quick, but unfortunately that is because we were not told of any details of the hotel including breakfast hours and style, pool closure, and wifi set up. We checked in in the evening and I swear there was only 1 staff member in the entire building. Anytime someone needed something it left the front desk empty and no one to assist other guests. In the morning their wasnt even signs of housekeeping. The room was spacious and the full side fridge was great, the price was unbeatable, so i suppose you get what you pay for. Overall we ended up checking out early and booking at a different local hotel, where we had a great experience! We will not be returning, but hope that some changes can be made for future guests!

I knew I was arriving late and hence I sent message to the hotel to let them know I was arriving very late, between 1:00 to 1:30AM. No response from the hotel. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait over thirty minutes. Room was not prepared; no towels and the smell of strong spice in the room made my wife feeling sick. Not recommended to stay.

Rooms were surface clean but not clean. Behind the bathroom door was a pile of hair that had accumulated over time and was never cleaned. Getting clean towels was challenging. No sink drain in the bathroom sink. Broken shelf in the tub area. Floors were dirty in the room. We spilled and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was disgusting. My husbands white socks were filthy. The staff were friendly. They were probably the only saving grace. We travel to the area every few months and will not be staying here again.

The hotel was overbooked and did not provide us the room that we reserved through hotels.com. Moreover, they did not offer any solutions for the inconvenience that entirely because of their negligence. When asked they mentioned that they just contacted hotels.com and we would expect an email from them which we did not. The hotel could have contacted us earlier and let us know that they were overbooked. We had a child with us and needed a stay for the night. The hotel neither honored our reservation nor considered our situations.

From day one of four the hotel had one working elevator and there was no sign or notice of the other one not working. There wasnt much parking due to utility trucks being parked all over. There was a smoky smell in a non-smoking hotel, weird. The beds had dirty sheets and beetles in them.and all the dishes needed washed that we got for the room (you'd think they'd wash them or at least give you dish detergent to wash them yourself. All in all this wasnt the worst I've stayed at but, far from the best.
