Seems like a newer property so condition and cleanliness were excellent. Check-in was great. Only complaint- parking is an issue - limited parking in front or next to the hotel. If full, you need to park in the casino garage next door. It is accessible by a connecting enclosed walkway to the hotel,. Mostly irritating that it wasn't mentioned or explained at check-in.

Not clean, mildew on shower curtain. No turn down service agter the first night even though it was requested. The locks on door to our room didnt function correctly. Remaining unlocked at times. Elevators were not functioning the majority of our stay.

Property overall okay and its convenient to casino if going to an event - attached by covered walkway. The reason I would not return is that they fail to tell you on check in that you are automatically charged for breakfast if book thru a 3rd party, and then refuse to refund when call about extra charge. In fact, management won’t even return phone calls and leaves it to the desk staff to deal with unhappy customers. No where on their website or third party site where I booked is this policy explained.

Stayed here multiple times. Love the convient walkway to the casino. Rooms clean but the king bed we had this time was definitely dated as I was sinking into the right side. Breakfast was just ok.
