I thought this was an incredible value. It felt like a new spacious condo rather than a cramped hotel room. We love having a kitchen and a full separate sleeping area when we travel as a family. Additionally, we all loved having access to the gym downstairs. All around a great experience.

This was a great spot for 4 of us. Close to the ball diamond, lots of great restaurants in the area, across the street from the transit system. The kitchen had what we needed and it was great to have laundry in the room. The air conditioner is very loud, but I just wore ear plugs at night and it was perfect. Beds The roof has a great sitting area and it was nice to have access to a full gym.

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel was very nicely located in downtown Pittsburgh with lots of things to do and restaurants in walking distance. The room was large and the convenience of having a kitchen was great. The price was reasonable, especially for the great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Not clean and wouldn’t recommend

The 2-star review is because of issues with cleanliness. When we checked in, the floors in our room were dirty. We also saw some type of food or mud down the side of the couch. The next morning we reported both of these issues to the front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned. The person at the front desk said cleaning staff probably already left (it was only 11am), and no one ever came to clean or addressed the issue during our stay there. There were other issues with cleanliness, including some food particles in the kitchen sink and a lot of mildew and mold on the washer rim. We didn’t use the washer or kitchen because of that.

Medical syringes of a previous guest left in kitchen drawer. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Phone in room didn't work. Handle to turn on the shower was broken making showering difficult. Garage can lid broken. Toilet seat broken.

Expect nice beds and great views and nothing else

Early check-in was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, we found everything we needed in the apartment as far as sleeping arrangements. Much of the kitchen utensils were missing. And the most current information about the hotel that says there is a hot tub and barbecue grills. Neither have been there for over two years. I don’t know that I’ll stay here many more times because they won’t seem to Bring the place back up to standard.
