This hotel is very outdated, my room was large so I had no complaints there. However I had 2 units, one was blowing cold, and one blew hot. So that was a tad weird, also there are 4 elevators but only 1 worked. So needless to say you waited forever.

The hotel seems preety old and basic for a downtown Marriott. Parking is terrible.and its not really walking friendly to the heart of the city.

They messed up our room and said it was because we booked through Expedia. They gave us a room that did not accommodate sleeping for us and offered a cot to be brought in. Valet parking was full so we had to park in the garage which was being used for arena parking also so we circled trying to find a parking spot for 15 minutes then had to walk for another 15 minutes to get to the hotel lobby to check in. Worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever had!! Check in was rude, I would never stay here again!!!

Front desk staff were very consumer focused. Restaurant personnel were greeted with a warm welcome and communicated well. Service of food and checking in was excellent. The bathroom in the room could use some fresh paint. I would suggest an addition of room safe.

We had a great stay, went there for a concert stayed at the Marriott right across the street from concert we went to.. Great room, very clean and comfortable bed, highly recommend, staff was great at check in, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Pittsburgh..

The property is right next to PPG Paints arena. We were down for a concert there so it was super convenient. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. You can walk to the downtown area where there are lots of options for dinning.
