The hotel was abandoned and I flew to Pittsburgh with my son for a Steelers game to find that we had no where to stay , I blame Expedia since they are who I went through for this tragedy, they have also done nothing to help or rectify us being stranded in a city that I did not know for two days !!
Microwave was dirty and had dirty glass bowls placed inside. After brining it to the front desk staffs attention twice; at the time of checkout they stated (day shift) they cleaned it themselves and took videos. It wasn't worth the argument but I will say that if I'm in the area I most likely will not be staying at this property again.
THIEVES, they will ask for a security deposit cash and tell you they will return it when you check out. They refuse to give you the hotel key until you give them cash even if you pre-paid. I had been driving all day and was tired so I went ahead and gave them cash. The next day came and I went to the front desk to check out and get my money back, however, they are never present at the front desk so you better not have a schedule you need to stick to because you may need to wait all day for them to return. I had a tight schedule I needed to follow so just left the key in the check out basket and assumed that I could call later to have it situated, but they never answer the phone. I called for 3 days straight and their number just takes you back to the main menu continuously, so I'm out 50$. The staff are impossible to get a hold of and extremely unprofessional.
This hotel is closed down!!!!!!! You wasted my time , energy, and ruined my plan for a place to stay while working. Everywhere else was either full or way too expensive at last minute and I had to sleep in my car!

The property was closed for business when we arrived, then we had to go through Expedia to try to get a refund. Not the best start to the new year.
Condition of the hotel is poor - looks and feel like they stop investing and doing any maintenance a long time ago. Toilet kept flushing all night and my 2nd day there was no hot water so I was not able to take a shower. In the lobby and room a lot of things are broken and doesn't feel clean. Staff are not very friendly or motivated but I cannot blame them.
Only plus point is the location and easy drive to down-town Pittsburgh.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

DISSAPPOINTED
There was only one person working and they were working very slowly. Once we got through the line and checked in the room they sent us to hadn’t been cleaned. Beds were unmade and toilet hadn’t been flushed trash emptied etc. we got into another room and there was no soap in the bathroom.
The photos on web are false advertising it’s not like the real one . It was so cold in the lobby that there wear space heaters all over and still had to have a big coat on. The blankets where stiff and rough and thinner then a sheet at best . No exhaust fan in bathroom and no microwave no fridge and coffee pot but no cups . Waste of money very disappointing
Night manager was always on the phone. She never bothered to hang up to service you and would make you wait almost 45 minutes to come out of the back because her personal phone call was more important.
