There’s an old, musty smell in the room — you can notice it as soon as you walk in. The furniture and interior are quite dated, and there are water stains on the ceiling. I'm staying in Room 139. There’s a door next to my room that supposedly connects to the hotel’s main entrance side. There's a sign saying it can be opened with a key card, but I tried multiple times, even after changing my card, and it still wouldn’t open. So every time I want to get to the main entrance, I have to walk all the way around the outside of the building, which is quite inconvenient. Honestly, hotel prices in this area are pretty high in general, but this place doesn’t feel worth the price.

Check in was fine. Staff friendly and efficient. The room was dirty. Sheets and towels clean. Bathtub had a tub ring. Sitting on the pot I could see spots of dirt on the wall and the grout around tub was dirty, the door was hard to open, it sticks. Had yo hold the toilet handle down until it flushes. This was the most expensive on our trip but the dirtiest. Disappointed in this Quality Inn,

We had an additional charge for our dog at check in though we prepaid and the sign states a $10 flat fee. Our room smelled like cat urine and when we returned to the front desk to ask for another room, we were told they do not have pet friendly rooms on the second floor even though we stayed there previously. We were not given a refund of any charges. We were simply told we could cancel our room reservation (10 p.m. on a graduation weekend). There was a party happening in the parking lot by our first floor window and staff was not interested in quieting them. Breakfast was lack luster… eggs weren’t ready, waffle maker in need of cleaning, very few other options available. Coffee needed to be refilled. Glad we won’t be in need of overnight accommodations there anymore.

Great Value

You get what you pay for...and that is not a bad thing! It is far from a 5 star lux hotel. I do not like those lux places. This Inn is a great value. Next time I am staying around Cranberry, if nothing changes, this place will be at the top of my list.

Lovely folks, aging building.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order, the toilet would stall and run until you took the back off to stop it, shower was slow to drain. Some parts of the flooring felt soft, some parts of the walls in the hall were patched with cardboard. People were lovely, building and amenities are showing age.
