We were able to get coffee right after checking into the hotel. This was a plus for my husband. Shortly after checking in, someone attempted to walk into our room. They apologized but it shouldn't have happened. We noticed that the light as you step into the room was not working. The breakfast was very good and fresh. We will probably stay again.

My honest complaints are, my non smoking room was definitely heavily smoked in.. The carpet needed some attention, didnt seem to be swept.. Otherwise the beds were clean, bathroom was nice..

Stayed there for the NFL draft. Tv reception was horrible couldn’t watch it. Toilet seat was old stained peeling should have been changed years ago. Front desk staff was very nice. Don’t think I would stay there again

The room was horrible. Stunk, black mold, cigarette burns on the bed, poop on bed, bullet holes in wall, I did not stay there. Had to get another hotel. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

At 9AM there were no eggs left. Girl just sat around. The choices of everything were pretty limited except lots of drinks. One kind of muffin. I would have liked bran muffins or bran cereal. The evening staff was very attentive and helpful. Next morning staff was same person as food person..

The TV was broken. I could only get four channels…… there was plaster chips all over the floor by the toilet. The toilet seat was not clean and bubbled up. Thin walls, I heard were door slamming all night long. And people up and down the hallway. But I had car problems and had to spend the night somewhere.

The lady at the desk was very helpful but the hotel was dirty .it need a good paint job The room smell like smoke . I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. I UNDERSTAND ITS A TOP HOTEL BUT I DIDNT ENJOY THE SMELL . The breakfast was was good and the staff was friendly . It says it a smoke free hotel but as soon as I open the door of the room it smell my mother in laws house . Not good
