Pathetic maintenance

Pets hair was not cleaned on the bed. Blankets are completely dirty. When we tried to enter the room, the door already opened and found flys and mosquitoes. Bathroom has blood stains and stinking smell. Overall its pathetic experience. Red roof inn is not at all recommended.

While a budget option, providing sanitary and safe conditions would be a bare minimum. The room had a strong odor of animals, the floor was very sticky. There were many individuals loitering in groups in the parking lots. The front desk was unapologetic about the conditions, said he was unable to issue any discount since it was booked through Expedia, that I could request it through Expedia and he would approve it. Contacted expedia, any refund was denied. Expedia unable to help, tried to offer me One Key credit of $25, which would give them additional business before I would get any benefit.

First time in along time, and ……

The mattress was so bad I could feel the springs inside: zero support. The A/C was noisy, ran constantly and the room never got comfortable or cool. The shower nozzle was unscrewed (I tightened it) and the sink faucet was loose in its’ hole. It was relatively clean and smelled neutral.

When we tried to unlock the door it stuck and wouldn’t unlock at first. We had to go down and get another key. As we entered the room there was a strong smell and it was terrible. There was a dirty towel in the back of the door. We did find a dead bug. The beds are not comfortable. There is a sign on the pole of the hotel that says all new rooms and the rooms are in poor condition.

The condition of the hotel property wasn’t kept up and the hotel building is rusted and unclean. There were people outside of the property standing around down in the bushes, drinking beer in the back of a truck and that made me feel unsafe as well as the secluded location of the hotel. I requested a refund and went to a different hotel.

Crappiest Red Roof Inn

Most horrible stay. I wish I can get my money back. THere was only one staff, rooms were dirty and reeking of smoke smell. The whole place smelt of weed. I have severe allergies and unfortunately since we reached the place late at night, we had no other choice but to stay in. I had to literally sleep in my car in the parking because of the smoke seeped in the walls, bedding and every nook and corner of this place. A terrible motel
