Our room was dirty, the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, there were cobwebs all over & stains on the walls from lack of cleaning. It stunk like smoke or was musty. Our bed was terrible with 4 flat pillows. The bathroom was tiny & the pipes or something was hissing if you tried to take a hot shower. There was glass & garbage in the parking lot. We won't return & wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Drove 6 hours. We check in and there is a couple getting drunk right outside the lobby. We go to our room and a “lady of the night” was working our hallway. We return to lobby and I ask manager to speak privately so as not to embarrass him in front of other customers. I was assured I would receive refund in 3-5 business days on credit card since we refused to stay. It’s been over a month and now they are refusing to refund my multi-day stay…so yeah never again with this brand

Don't waste your money.

I had 2 days reserved. The room was clean, however the beds were horrid. One king size bed had a collapsed side. The springs were totally shot and un-useable to the base of the mattress, like a huge pit in the center left side. The TV shut itself off every 15 minutes, and the remote had issues as well. I finally gave up, slept only 4 hours on the lumpy bed, and requested a new room the next day. I checked out, was told to call at 11am to see if any rooms were available, and then had to wait until 3pm to check in. When I did, that bed's mattress was a worn out disgrace. I sat on the bed and my butt touched bottom, and I could feel the wood on the frame below. There was a round cigarette burn hole in the wrinkeled comforter (I don't smoke), and easily visible stains on the sheets. I spent the night at my sister's house on her sofa, and went back to the hotel the next day to shower and check out. I did not sleep in the bed at all. The hotel is old and they did not update their bed. When you rent beds for a living, you should provide decent mattresses, and update an old worn out mattress, and toss linens with stains and holes. Seriously, the two rooms they gave me are bad need of new standard mattresses, and a total waste of my money. I did not request a refund because I had used the room. I realize it is not a Hilton Hotel, but at the very least you want to rent a clean room, a room with a decent bed, a tv, and just get a night's sleep. This failed on the very basic level.

There was a lot of your typical cheap hotel stuff that I'm fine with like the poorly fixed drywall from past leak, the caulking work done by stevie wonder etc, but the "premium" laminate flooring hasn't been cleaned in while so white socks become gray by the time you make it to the bathroom (so we never put clothes on the floor and kept our shoes on), and the stained sheets were both reasons the wife has black listed this location. Theres lot of good food options nearby, the price is cheap, and the hvac unit in our room was pretty new and worked well, so probably a pretty valid option for a single guy but a little rough to take your wife here in our experience.

The little things matter

Room had a crack in the wall. No remote for TV asked and still never got one and broken shower head and broken iron I paid for upgraded room they charged me 22 dollars more because they said they were sold out even though I had a reservation so I paid 22 more for a downgraded room which made no sense to weeks ago I stayed and drain was broke in shower and bathroom light didn't work and never look under a bed cause they are never ever vacuumed but overlooking all that they are decent rooms for the price but if they only tried harder they could have pretty good rooms

Please do NOT go here if you are a woman solo traveler. I had a scary experience and no one really did anything. I was supposed to stay two nights but I left after the first night and didn’t even sleep there the first night… I got there and the room key didn’t work, the worked on that promptly and moved me to a different room. The room I was in did not have a working lock. So it was already weird for me. As per usual, I put a heavy object against the door, I used a chair this time, for some extra safety (since I’m a woman) while showering. Well, as I was showering I hear someone entering my room- obviously I’m anxiously freaking out in the bathroom. I get out and I see that no one was there and the chair was moved away from the door. Within a few minutes later, a male staff opens the door without knocking- I immediately rush over to close the door, as I’m still changing. He asked me I needed anything while holding the door, I rudely tell him to leave and never do that again. I panicked packed and left the room because i felt very unsafe and was not able to sleep there now knowing that a male staff just walk into my room. When I go to do an early check out, I ask front desk for prove that I left early- he tells me he is not willing to give me this. I explained what happened while the male staff that walked in is next to him. I asked their names, they both refused. I found out his name was “jay” after he took a phone call while I was there. Scary experience. Do not recommend
