The front desk lady on duty was very rude. We just went to check in and she was snippy and very rude. When we checked out on Sunday I just asked for a receipt and she was very disrespectful.. Other than that the room was ok but due to the lady at the front desk we will never stay there again. When do you get asked questions like who is all staying in the room and how are you 4 related and why do you want to share a double queen room ???

Check in was super easy! However the cleanliness could’ve been better. Paint chipped off the walls, stained bedding & sheets. We had asked for them to change the sheets and bedding but they only made the bed with the same sheets (I know this because of one particular stained spot that was the exact same when we came back to our room hours later) Our shower handle also made a squeaking/vibrating noise if left on for longer than 5 minutes.

First and foremost, after we got our keys and got to our room, we opened the door and immediate cigarette smoke smell. It was already after 10pm so we decided to wait until the next day to confront the staff. They said they would give us a new room, never did, even after we confronted them, twice. Nothing was cleaned at all. 10/10 will never return here. The staff is not even close to friendly, totally rude when you ask the simplest question. Do not waste your money here.
