The staff the woman at the front was horrible should NEVER work with people or around people! The place is DIRTY I MEAN DIRTY!!!!!! The common areas are the worst ac never shut off and never got cold!!! The fridge froze EVERYTHING!!!! I said something I was wrong for saying it so I left

The bathroom did not look clean, towel rack was missing and other one was falling off the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable and they had 3 throw pillows for a king size which was odd. Just overall felt very grimy and unkept.

Immediately upon arrival we were not greeted or even just spoken to kindly. We booked this room months ago and they couldn’t originally find our booking and then we had to put a deposit down on top of what we already paid, which for this property is actually insane. Room is mediocre at best with an odd smell and weird holes patched up on several places in the wall. We have stayed at Red Roofs before and had a great experience, but from the moment we walked in, I could already tell that it was just going to be bad. Front desk was not helpful and was arguing with another guest while trying to check us in and also had an airpod in? I’m not sure the purpose of that, and I’m not trying to judge, but it was very off putting when that’s how the interaction starts. Between the room being just okay AT BEST and the way the staff was, I would not recommend staying here.

Bed was comfortable & linens were good; AC/heat worked well. Shower held water in tub; dresser/night stand drawers broken; chair was also broken so did not try to sit on it; carpet in hallway dirty; outside sign was not on one of the nights making it difficult to locate entrance due to busy road. No one was at the front desk when I arrived and did not respond to buzzer. Could not get a receipt from the hotel as it was done via Expedia. Probably would not have stayed as a senior female traveling alone if brother was not nearby.

We didn't even stay. We checked in and went to see the room and never went back. Located in an area that we didn't feel safe. 2 smoke detectors were removed from the base. Everything smelled so weird it gave me a headache. Money we just wasted.

Unfortunately I didn't see the tragedy of our room until very late at night. The bathroom was filthy, hairs everywhere, mildew and mold on the walls/ceiling. Fan does not work in there. Beds were not comfortable, and on a base that squeaked every little movement that was made. The power button on the remote didnt work, but somehow if you hit netflix it turned the tv on, but to turn it off, I had to get out of bed and unplug it. The mini fridge wasn't cold. The room however, was freezing and we couldn't get the air to stop running. Quite the disappointment.

Just OK.

It was ok. Was just there to sleep and shower before leaving in the morning. The dresser had a drawer that didnt fit right. There was what looked like a spagetti sauce stain on the bed cover. Blanket was very thin. When i went to check out there was a line of people waiting for serive and nobody at the desk or answering the phone.
