Staff was courteous. Cleaning was adequate though not outstanding. Room was beautiful and the view was amazing. After dark, the room was quite dark even with all available lighting on. Bed was extremely comfortable. The blind on the window in the bathroom was broken so it couldn’t be closed. Because we were on the 8th floor I didn’t think it was a huge issue but it would have been nice to have the option to close it.

Great location, room was ok. Staff was awful. Very rude and not helpful. I was actually checked into a room with a guest already in the room. Very awkward especially that she Che led in right before me. Valet took forever. Probably not his fault but when I asked front desk staff was crazy rude. I have actually never had a worse experience with staff ever.

Just about everything was excellent. The bar was terrific and the food and drinks from the restaurant (we ate in the bar) was REALLY GOOD and our room was a bit retro, which is what we like. I would recommend two things though. A nice comfy chair in the room would have been nice. The restaurant could be set up with a little more separation from the lobby. Anyway, had a great weekend, the Benedum "Wicked" performance, Rivers Casino and a really great stay at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel.

location was perfect, hotel itself was nice. room just was a little dirty. had some gnat or fruit fly looking bugs in bathroom and on the walls. blankets were dirty. didnt know i got a handicap room until i got there which was whatever. im not a clean freak was expecting a little more for the price although i know price was up because of game this weekend
