the wash room didn't clean up, it looks so disgusting. I called the front desk twice to ask them clean up the wash room(hair in tub, stool stains on toilet seat and in the toilet). After45minutes, nobody came to clean up. I went to the front desk to ask to get a mew room. The man didn't say sorry to me. just repeat and repeat he has asked the room service. and he gave back the roon card to me and talked to the unber eat delivery guy. after another 15, the Wash room got cleaning. I will NOT come back to this hotel again.

great location which is very close to Pitt and CMU campus. the area is very safe and convenient to. public transportation from/to the airport. The room is clean and the kitchen was great if you want to cook by yourself. the staff and the service are excellent. It would be great if the aircondition can be fully controlled and the window can be opened for ventaliation. i tried to turn off the fan but the panel on the wall was confusing and did not figure out how to do that.

Overall, I had an excellent experience staying at Residency Inn Pittsburgh Oakland. I stayed there for a week, and the room was very well-appointed and comfortable. I especially liked the kitchenette with refrigerator, two burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. It was nice to be able to cook a quick meal at your convenience. The hospital is a quick five-minute walk from a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and the University of Pittsburgh campus.
