The event was great unfortunately the rooms I had for me and my sister had issues. Right when I got there my fridge was leaking. They had it unplugged. And my sisters room The tv remote and bathroom We’re issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 14 youth and reserved 8 rooms. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything smooth for us. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The youth really enjoyed the pool and weight room, and we all appreciated the beautiful scenery and stunning view of the city — truly unbeatable! The only downside was that the coffee shop was closed during our visit, but aside from that, the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, amenities, and welcoming staff.

The property was spacious, clean and well managed. Kudos to Lauren D (Front Desk Mgr) for sending sincere welcoming messages. She remarked that she recollected who I was when we met as I checked-out - that's meaningful Customer Service. Kudos to Shane and Annmarie (Front Desk) for their professionalism, assistance and humor during check-in. Kudos to Anthony, the lone Bartender, for patiently and deftly managing a full bar late at night.

The view of the water and city were the reason I chose the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the Gateway Clipper is next door. We used the Clipper to go to the Ballgame! The room was comfortable, and I especially liked the soaps and bathroom amenities. The only negative is that the front desk asked if I wanted house keeping services. I thought they meant something extra like laundry. I said no, but later learned they meant ordinary housekeeping. I returned at the end of the day with no towels, cups, or anything. I didn't mind reusing the sheets, but they should not have asked that way. They should have said, Do you want standard housekeeping services every day? YES. yes I do.
