Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service from Fron

During my stay at the Sheraton hotel at station square in Pittsburgh Pa I was disappointed regarding the unprofessional conduct of the front office director! Upon raising a concern that the breakfast was included in the rate I paid for my reservation, she responded in an extremely dismissive and disrespectful manner. She rolled her eyes at me, which I found not only unprofessional but also insulting. I was simply trying to clarify a legitimate point regarding the services included in my booking. The hotel was very clean and the waitress at the hotel restaurant was fantastic! But unfortunately the front office director ruined our stay at the Sheraton!

Overall, a decent hotel and we will likely return; however the hotel seems understaffed. There was nobody in the lobby to help with luggage ---we had to hunt for a luggage cart. The margarita from the bar tasted like it was made with cheap margarita mix. The person working at the Starbucks coffee area on Sunday morning (3/30) was great! He was working solo and was nice to everyone (and it was super busy!).
