I’ve stayed at other Sleep Inns and had a great stay. This one was quite another story. When I got to my room, I found the door ajar, but I was told the room was ready.

The place was below average . Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a way better place. Food was average at best. Staff was friendly when I asked questions . Place was dirty and needs remodeled . Wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend .

Great place, great price.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Easy in and easy out. It was very quiet. We had no issues. Check-in was smooth and the breakfast every morning was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked the location to the mall and airport. Breakfast was adequate and clean rooms. Nice shower. Parking was challenging and very limited. Lots of trucks taking up multiple spots. Overall ok for a night stay and not a bad price. Would be better if parking was better.

Great housekeepers, terrible exterior.

The room was lovely. Super clean and comfy mattress. We had a King suite. You can see the owners are putting money slowly into room upgrades. The bathroom was updated, and some of the furniture as well. The neighboring area around the hotel was great. My big suggestion though is that they need to clean the exterior of building. Garbage was overflowing and all over the lot. The patio area was horrible, I know inside is most important but first impressions are lasting. We are big outdoor people and like to sit outside, but the patio was overgrown, garbage can overflowing, broken furniture in a pile. Basketball court gate was hanging off and weeds were over grown around the fence. It made the whole hotel feel sketchy and a bit seedy even though inside the room was spotless and comfy while a tad dated. A little bit of love and effort outside wouldn’t cost much of anything and would go a long way and def make this a wonderful stop over for people like us who came to go to IKEA on our way back from a longer trip. We did not get up in time for breakfast.
