Convenient location. Area directly around was sketchy with a homeless encampment right outside our window. Also paying to park was a joke. It’s not secured and who pays to park at a non parking garage downtown type location. In Pittsburgh of all places. Also when checking my bed I found a pair of glasses neatly folded that were behind the mattress right where the fitted sheet would be tucked. A changed linen would have caught that so it tells my linens were not clean from last guest. Unacceptable.

The room was clean and beautifully laid out—I really appreciated the design. However, it was located right next to train tracks, and the sound of trains passing throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. The building itself was stunning, but the noise definitely took away from the comfort.

Absolutely loved this property! From the wonderful staff and the great location, you can easily walk the heritage trail and get some great photos of the sunset from the Hot Metal St Bridge. Will for sure be staying again!

The train running under our room was so exciting for our Grandson~ and we walked the hot metal bridge and loved the views !! The absolute best best part ~ was the check in staff!! They ALWAYS had a smile, a compliment, and helpful hint, a suggestion, a story .... we could have simply enjoyed talking to them and not going out sightseeing!!!

My stay was good. However, abit pri ey a d the hotel parking rate is ridiculously high. To pay $33.00 a night to park your vehicle is an absolutely crazy and highway robbery.
