Allowed early check in. Heated pool could have been warmer and cleaner. Shower/tub diverter leaked a bit. Nothing significant enough to warrant a front desk call. Good stay and excellent location.

I didnt like the shower rod in the bathroom was falling down so the curtains didnt stay closed Water all over the floor Hair on the bed pillows and bedding. The chair in the livingroom area had a nail that was protruding through the fabric so you couldnt sit on it. Would have liked a room that was better kept up and cleaned.

The staff always seemed in a hurry, or didn’t want to be bothered when we asked questions. We spent two nights and our room was never touched after the first night. We didn’t have clean towels or coffee refills and beds were never made nor trash taken out. Minor things, but housekeeping never entered our room. With that said, it was Christmas and hotel may have been short staffed.

Stayed at this property for a Steelers game. Was within walking distance to the venue (about 13 minutes) and parking although $27 a day was easy to do. We were able to continue to use the parking spot into the next day with an added charge for the game. Gym facilities were very nice and conveniently open 24 hours.

It was. A huge pain to access the WiFi. You had to sign up and create an account with an email and password for Mariott to access the WiFi. Ridiculous!
