This Super8 was a great value for the Hotels.com price. Staff were very friendly and everything is as advertised in the listing. Room and bed very comfortable, location convenient for our business trip. Would definitely stay there again

Treats pets like Royalty

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. The desk clerk could not have been more considerate and helpful. Quiet, clean, and incredible shower. Breakfast was minimal but fresh. Absolutely thebest Super 8 experience ever!

Stay here only if there is a deep price discount..

If you are travelling to visit Pittsburgh, PA you are better off staying somewhere else close to the city. Pro: 1) Hotel was clean. 2) Right next to good shopping and food (McD, Arbys, Walmart, Costco, Gas Station etc.) all within a short distance. Cons: 1) Breakfast was cold or On-the-GO type. Items were terrible with absolutely no good options to choose from. 2) Service was the worst - No one at the reception desk at anytime, staffs not knowledgeable about the local area regarding places of interest or tourism. Some of them were not even able to talk in English. 3) TV - not enough channels to choose from. It was definitely not worth the money. Just for another few more dollars you could find better options with good hot food.

Issue which could of lead to a serious issue…

We were assigned to a room which was already occupied (room 221) so when we went to the room for the first time there was another traveler already in the room. Have informed the personnel at the front desk and they’ve given us an excuse that they thought they’ve assigned the room next door so they kept on telling us that “it’s a connecting room”… (room 219 but the holder with the key was written with room 221) Doesn’t change the fact that they’ve assigned a room which was already assigned. The person who was assigned to the room before us had the clothing on but if could have been a serious issue if they weren’t.
