The property was old & in need of renovations both inside & outside. The clerk was friendly when I checked in. The bathroom sink had an audible leak of water hitting the floor, so I put the trashcan under the pipe to catch the water. While the sheets were clean (smelled of bleach), I woke up to a huge, bloody BEDBUG on my neck/chest area when I went into the bathroom this morning! I squashed the bug & took it to the front desk, only to be told the clerk couldn’t do anything about the matter because the manager wasn’t present!

New ownership and new management that don't care. This place needs to be shut down & have major overhaul. Outside concrete is flaking away & garbage overflowing. Breakfast offering stale cereal or waffle fresh friut offer was1 apple. Had ice machine but offered no ice bucket. Room had an odor but bed was clean. This was the only reason why we stayed. Flooring in room was very dirty for when stepping into shower left dirty foot print in tub.

Very thin sheet/blanket, surfaces were dusty, hair left in the bathtub/around the base of the toilet. Wall had plaster and no paint, tv didn’t work (turned on and the channels worked for about 20m and then didn’t work the rest of the stay, I guess bad reception?), stain on the side of the mattress under the sheets (looked like an old blood stain). Keycard frequently stopped working so I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed. Inside of the mini fridge was dirty and had left over crumbs from previous guests left in it. Most of the outlets didn't work and the lamp on the right side of the bed had no power/didn't work so charging devices was difficult as I had to keep swapping them out which was inconvenient for trying to get work done. Rug/carpet felt grimy. The swivel chair at the desk was dirty (crumbs, residual food spills in the crevices etc). Overall, decent if you solely need a place to stay without any major expectations or amenities. Basically if you only care enough to have a place to wash up and lay your head somewhere, then this is fine for the average vagrant but if you have young children who touch everything and touch their face and mouth, this is not the best option. There is a hilton hotel literally a 3m walk away near all the eateries that may be more suitable as I have yet to have a less than satisfactory experience with them. All that to say I’m definitely making sure to pay a little extra for a more sound/comfortable, peace of mind stay.

If i wasnt so tired and only a few hours nefore flight, I would have absolutely went elese where. I didnt even change and slept on top of the covers. People sitting in lawn chairs in the middle of the parking lot drinking. 3am i left and more people moving lawn mowers, weedwackers around.

The room lock was damaged . The shower curtain was about to fall from the wall. All the screws were showing. The problems were reported to the staff and never corrected during a 2 day stay.

Front desk staff was AMAZING!
They were amazing. I picked the location as a budget motel that had access to an airport shuttle. I was going to check out at 11am and take the 11:30 shuttle, even though I had an evening flight. The front desk staff suggested I do a late checkout, which meant I had an extra 2 hours in my room. It was wonderful! The room was good for the price. It had a microwave and small fridge. In terms of food, there's a Sheetz and Arby's across the street, as well as at least one sit-down restaurant.

On plus the pressure in shower was great and plenty of hot water. Sheets didn’t stay in place and ended up on a bare mattress along with the previous thousand guests. Toilet needed cleaning. Floors were sticky and an outside light blinked all night long. For a Windham hotel it was major disappointment.

When we first arrived, we waited 15 minutes for clerk to come to front desk to check us in! Hotel is nothing like photos on the internet. AC unit was really really loud! No housekeeping for clean towels, trash takeout, etc. unless requested daily (which we were not informed). Only breakfast choices were limited waffles, coffee, apples, cereal. No business center to print boarding passes. Room/hotel was not very clean. Place is just like an old Super 8 room with no closet. It was old!!! Every time we left and returned, the room key was deactivated. By the 3rd day, they finally replaced that defective key card! It was all around an uncomfortable experience. I will probably not stay at another Wyndham site for a long time now!
