Wonderful Experience

The staff was friendly and professional. Everything about this hotel is a true class act. The location is perfect for visiting many of New York's most desirable attractions including the Empire State Building, Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and most importantly, the Lego store. Enjoy some of the photos from our trip.

As in all hotels I do not understand why there are no non-skids in bottom of bathtubs. I am 75 y/0 and almost slip if I am not careful.

The Staff wasn't available to receive us. We had to wait for 20 mins. They were not polite too. During Breakfast there is no one to refill anything. If you ask front desk they will say they have limited breakfast. Overall the Hotel rooms were good but Staff & Breakfast was disappointing.

Location was good, had to wait for the maanger to come back as he had stepped away for "10 mins". A towel was dirty or appeared used. Otherwise the property itself is fine for a night's stay.
