For a newer property, this hotel is in bad shape. One working elevator, dirty lobby, lounge was never open, coffee bar had very limited options, staff is unfriendly. Rooftop bar had terrible service and very limited options. I witnessed several room cleaning employees watching TV in rooms they were servicing instead of cleaning. Also saw several homeless people sleeping in the unused lobby lounge area. Do not book this hotel.

Quite pricey for the type of accommodation. The rooms are tiny, and what was described as “KING” was merely a double bed. Sample parking but the hotel thinks it’s ok to charge $25 for vallet despite the high room rate. Not worth it.

The property itself is lovely with convenient valet parking and it’s easy to walk to many bars and restaurants. With that said, our room faced 40th street and was very loud with traffic along with a bright street light that shined directly into the window all night long. There was a shade but it didn’t offer much to blockout the light or the noise.

The rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. We were moved from a king to an accessible room. Much more spacious and well designed for a person with physical challenges. Roof top bar was nice. Only valet parking available. The parking fee bumps up the overall price. Many restaurants and bars within 1/2 mile walk.

I am from Pittsburgh originally and was visiting, never stayed here and wanted to try it out. Wouldn’t stay here again due to uncleanliness of the sheets and bathroom. The room was smaller than I thought as well. The only thing going for this hotel is the location, walkable to Lawrenceville.

Love Lawrenceville and surrounding areas. Room Was very noisy. First floor directly behind the lobby coffee area made and the exit ramp to and from the bridge made it sound like we were sleeping on an aircraft carrier. Extremely loud on first floor street side. Try a higher room on opposite side of bldg if you want to sleep. Would stay here again, but not same room conditions.
