The hotel itself was nice looking but staff wasn't that friendly or accommodating. Couldn't find it mentioned anywhere but they do charge $100 per night deposit.

Priced well. Parking was a nightmare. Those traveling with children are forced to leave them on the street while parking and returning since the elevators go through a casino and they won’t let children come through. Logistical nightmare when you have luggage and mixed age group travelers. Staff are racist and rude. Had a late checkin. The guy at the front desk barked “we don’t check in until later …” simply in response to a “good morning”. Absolutely horrendous staff attitude. Breakfast was pathetic. Stale old bread. Again staff were indifferent and rude.

This is a nice hotel and a great walk to location if going to the AETheatre, Heinz’s Field or PNC Park. When you arrive your GPS will take you into the parking garage which is where the Twilight Zone begins! No signage at all!! You have no idea where to go so we took four elevator rides trying to find the check in lobby. Then after schlepping our luggage down 6 flights of stairs, we ended up back in the Casino AGAIN, still trying to find the check in area. Back up to floor 4 as instructed and then had to walk about 80 yards through the garage to get to the stairs. It was absurd. It is a good thing it was 'down' the stairs for 6 flights and not up or I would have lost my mind as it was very warm that day. This hotel is great, convenient, the staff is very good, the renovation is beautiful, and the views of the river and the city are really fantastic. But this property has to get better signage and make sure that the staff is giving correct directions because each person told us something different. It is not easy to check in unless you are being dropped off and then parking and walking the many flights of stairs to the lobby.

Nice hotel at a great location. You could entertain some friends before a game or just chill and watch the river traffic from your suite. We enjoyed the river side view from our suite. Yes it was very quiet but not very dark at night. Bring your sleeping mask if you are sensitive. Automatic night light in the bathroom was a nice touch.

This is a wonderful hotel adjacent to the Casino. There is both a valet and self-park option in a covered garage. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Upgrade to the river view option and you won't be disappointed. We were given vouchers for the breakfast buffet that was wonderful as well. We will definitely return to this hotel should we visit Pittsburgh again in the future.
