Brand new, great casino access
Really clean and brand new hotel connected directly to the casino. You can tell everything is new and the room felt like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Decent front desk service, but the main draw of this hotel is bring near the casino. May need to look elsewhere for restaurants as the casino restaurants are not that good.

Modern, great rooms & exceptional customer service
I loved this hotel! Location - ideally situated on the north shore with river views and clise proximity to Acrisure Stadium. Rooms - modern with great little touches like a night light on the floor in the bathroom that activates when door is opened so you dont have to turn on a bright light in the middle if the night. Breakfast buffet - included in our stay. Woaw - hearty items like eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits & gravy, breads, fruits, yogurt, pastries, etc. Customer service - they treat you like you are staying at the Ritz Carlton. Made to feel welcome! I would book again and again when visiting Pittsburgh!

Overall, the property is a quite nice. The self parking is a pain because you can't pass through the casino with any sort of luggage or a backpack, so you're relegated to using the stairs if you self park. The other option is valet parking, which is free (other than gratuities). It seems like a fail. All-in-all, it's a nice hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice Hotel but dirty shower
I stay at the hotel with my friend because we were going to a concert. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was good. The only issue I had was with the shower in our room. Everything else was clean except the shower. Parts of it look like it hadn’t been clean in months. I don’t know how that went overlooked. It was gross.

The Landing Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Pittsburgh. We walked along the river to Southern Tier and Tom's Watch Bar and returned to the hotel to enjoy the casino. Great location and the hotel is very clean

Connected to the casino, this place was wonderful. The complimentary valet parking was amazing. Room was super clean and the bed was super comfy. Only complaints are the wifi only worked for some apps on my phone and without it, my phone barely had service (I have AT&T). The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was free.

We loved the convenience for the Steelers game!!! However, the parking deck was a pain!! We had to park on the 10th floor. No elevator attached to parking deck. Had to carry luggage up and down 10 flights of stairs or pay $100 valet charge.

Everything about our stay was wonderful with one exception. The website says children are welcome to stay, what the website doesn’t tell you is that the entrance from the parking garage that has an elevator cannot be used by anyone under 21 because it goes directly into the casino. If anyone is under 21 they have to use a separate exit/entrance to the parking garage which only has steps. 4 flights of steps with children and luggage in tow was terrible!
